Le Pain Quotidien in Manhattan Beach, CA is hiring team members to provide friendly, attentive service from start to finish, anticipate guest needs and handle transactions with care.

You will prepare drinks for retail and dining, assist with pastries and ensure clean, organized spaces. Prior restaurant experience and Toast POS familiarity are a plus; cross-training across dining room and retail is available.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 months of related restaurant experience or training.
• Experience with POS systems, especially Toast, is a plus.
• Flexibility in schedule is preferred but not required.
• Ability to be cross-trained in all dining room and retail areas.

Responsabilités

• Provide friendly and attentive service to all guests throughout the visit.
• Prepare drinks for retail and dining room, including batches for the retail counter.
• Bag, box, and arrange to-go food and pastries.
• Process sales transactions per policy.
• Maintain pastry displays and knowledge of pastry/bread/beverage items.
• Keep restaurant areas clean and organized following checklists.
