Job summary

Sand Mountain Park & Amphitheater is seeking a Facility Maintenance Team Member in Albertville, AL for part-time, non-exempt work. You will maintain the facility's building and grounds, ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests and participants.

You will perform routine duties across courts, offices, bathrooms, lobby areas, and related spaces, coordinating with management and other departments to support events and daily operations.

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays.
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
• Must provide excellent guest service and be friendly.
• Must work well with others and take initiative for the team.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to multi-task and stay calm in busy moments.

Responsibilities

• Maintain courts, office, and equipment as required.
• Monitor for spills and clean as needed.
• Clean all floor surfaces and glass in facility.
• Clean and restock bathrooms; maintain toilets and sinks.
• Clean guest seating and lobby area; manage facility trash removal.
• Assist other departments as necessary; support daily tasks.
• Complete special projects and daily assignments as directed by management.
• Provide courteous service and directions to guests; be responsive to concerns.
