Job summary

Kids Empire in Colorado Springs is seeking a Park Manager to supervise staff, ensure guest satisfaction, and maintain a safe, fun environment for families and children. Daily duties include opening and closing the park, check-in processing via iPad, front-counter payments, and weekly scheduling.

You will hire, train, and evaluate employees, manage events, and handle guest issues in a fast-paced setting. This role requires strong leadership, clear communication, and the ability to work weekends

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Able to work weekends and holidays.
• Able to interact with families and children.
• Strong communication and conflict resolution skills.
• Leadership and time-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
• Supervise staff and evaluate performance.
• Create weekly staff schedules and audit attendance.
• Hire qualified employees and manage terminations, resignations, and absences.
• Open/close park, manage check-in, and process payments.
• Coordinate birthday parties and vendor orders.
