Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of a technical school program or company training in restaurant management/food service preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years in restaurant/food service with 2 years of leadership experience.
• Must be able to obtain alcohol awareness and ServSafe certification.

Responsibilities

• Managing or assisting with the day-to-day operations by monitoring cost, revenue, labor and inventory control, quality of products and services.
• Supervises unit employees, assigns duties and ensures areas are cleaned and maintained.
• Monitors and maintains quality control records, including QA and loss prevention policies and cleaning programs.
• Ensures compliance with company, brand/franchise standards and regulatory requirements.
• Operates unit in compliance with airport requirements and monitors volume and activities.
• Maintains effective communication and associate relations, conducts performance reviews.
• Assists with recruiting, selecting, promotion and training of associates.
• Works with maintenance to inspect and replace equipment as needed.
• Follows safe food handling and workplace safety standards.
