Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and create a friendly environment with a smile.
• Explain and suggest menu items, products, and promotions to guests.
• Take and serve food and beverage orders to guests.
• Process orders in sequence and coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery.
• Verify guest ages where required for alcoholic beverages.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and address additional requests.
• Handle cash and process payments with accurate documentation.
• Maintain clean dining areas and service stations.
• Follow safe food handling and hygiene practices.
• Report equipment issues and follow safety procedures.
• Assist with opening/closing side work and other duties as assigned.
