Job summary

Silver Ventures, Inc. is seeking a General Manager for Rosso in San Antonio. You will be the operational heart, owning the guest experience, team performance, financial results, and the restaurant culture on a daily basis.

You will lead from the floor, collaborating with La Unión Hospitality and the AGM team to create a memorable evening for every guest. You will drive top-line revenue through hospitality excellence, oversee labor and cost controls, and partner on weekly/monthly financial

Qualifications

• 5+ years in restaurant management; 2+ years as GM or AGM in a full-service upscale concept
• Demonstrated ability to manage a team of 30+ in a high-volume environment
• Experience with budgeting, P&L review, labor and cost targets
• Sales-driven mindset connecting hospitality, beverage, and guest experience to revenue
• Familiarity with Toast POS and Resy or OpenTable

Responsibilities

• Own the full guest experience from arrival to farewell; every touchpoint
• Maintain and enforce service standards and hospitality philosophy across FOH
• Lead service with beverage-forward approach; drive revenue through programs
• Resolve guest situations with grace; set standard for handling issues
• Collaborate with AGM for reservations, labor, and cost controls
• Work with Executive Chef on guest experience, pacing, and menu knowledge
• Hire, onboard, and develop the FOH team; uphold Rosso culture
• Serve as a brand ambassador; uphold company values in public and community contexts
