Job summary

Loverboy in San Antonio, TX is seeking an Assistant General Manager to provide leadership and ensure an extraordinary restaurant experience for guests. You will work with the Director of Operations – Food & Beverage and the Executive Chef to develop an outstanding culinary and service program for the restaurant and in-room dining.

Qualifications

Minimum of 2-3 years of management experience in a high service oriented restaurant.
Competent use of MS Office, Open Table and Micros programs.
Passionate and knowledgeable about food and beverage and creating a unique guest experience.
Ability to read, write, and communicate professionally with guests and vendors.
Excellent communication skills and strong problem solving abilities.

Responsibilities

Provide an exceptional guest experience and maintain service standards.
Interview, hire, train, coach, counsel and develop associates.
Manage staffing, payroll, and scheduling to meet business needs.
Oversee budgets, forecasting and financial statements within parameters.
