Job summary

Silver Ventures LLC seeks a General Manager for Rosso in San Antonio, TX. You will be the operational heart, responsible for guest experience, the team, and financial performance, working closely with La Unión Hospitality to create a memorable evening.

This role requires leading from the floor and delivering exceptional service. You will oversee the full guest journey, enforce service standards, manage the FOH team, and collaborate with the Executive Chef on menu execution and service flow.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in restaurant management.
• 2+ years as GM or AGM in upscale full-service.
• Experience managing 30+ staff in high-volume service.
• Reads and acts on a P&L and labor/cost targets.
• Familiar with Toast POS and Resy or OpenTable.
• TABC certification.

Responsibilities

• Own the full guest experience from arrival to departure.
• Drive revenue through hospitality and beverage programs.
• Collaborate with Executive Chef on menu and service flow.
• Hire, onboard, and develop the FOH team; maintain Rosso culture.
• Ensure HR, compliance, and POS systems are managed properly.
