Job summary

Cirrus Aircraft offers an internship in the Vision Center and Concierge operations, focusing on delivering exceptional guest experiences and supporting campus logistics. You will engage guests, assist with fuel orders, badges, meals, and shuttle services while gaining exposure to project development and cross-team collaboration.

The role requires current enrollment in a bachelor's program, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks with excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Current student pursuing a bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Junior or Senior in good academic standing.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office tools including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and establish a strategic role that enhances operations, customer experience, and infrastructure of the Vision Center.
• Greet and engage with all guests.
• Anticipate guests' needs and respond promptly.
• Provide support across Concierge functions including fuel order placement, visitor badges, meal coordination, and shuttle services.
• Collaborate with Delivery Experience and other departments to create a world-class guest experience.
• Data entry in Salesforce and weekly reporting responsibilities.
• Maintain clean and organized common spaces and energize Cirrus Service Essentials.
