Job summary

Whistle Express Car Wash is seeking an Associate to guide guests through the wash experience, keep the site running at full speed, and be the reason someone's day gets a little better. The work is physical, fast-paced, and highly visible on every shift.

No experience required; a 60-day certification program sets you up from day one. You’ll rotate through Welcome, Wash, and Convenience stations, learn safety procedures, stock, and maintain clean, safe environments for customers and teammates.

Responsibilities

• Welcome Station and Sales Performance: provide excellent customer service, support sales and membership growth, assist with sign-ups and account management, follow pricing policies.
• Wash Station Service: follow safety procedures, prep vehicles, operate wash equipment safely, communicate issues to the team.
• Convenience Station: engage with customers, manage member accounts, stock and organize detail centers, maintain cleanliness, encourage Google reviews.
• General Duties: open/close duties, maintain tunnel and towels, ensure a clean and safe environment.
