Job summary

Whistle Express is looking for an Associate to guide guests through the wash experience and keep the site running smoothly. This hands-on role requires you to handle Welcome, Wash, and Convenience stations with a strong focus on safety and customer satisfaction.

You’ll be part of a tight team in a dynamic outdoor environment, with a 60-day certification program to start and ongoing hands-on training to grow with the company.

Qualifications

• No experience required; 60-day certification program provided.
• Must be physically active and able to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Welcome Station and Sales: provide friendly customer service, support member sign-ups, and manage memberships.
• Wash Station Service: operate wash equipment safely, prep vehicles, and identify preexisting conditions.
• Convenience Station: engage customers, manage member accounts, and maintain inventory and cleanliness.
• General Duties: open/close duties, maintain tunnel and towels, and adhere to uniform standards.
