Responsibilities

• Perform all opening and closing duties as directed.
• Record all hours worked accurately.
• Review and act upon emails and communications from MAPP.
• Reinforce and drive exceptional guest experience at every touch point.
• Assist customers in the studio when Interior Designers are not available.
• Maintain a guest-focused atmosphere and highest level of service.
• Demonstrate strong product knowledge and stay informed on inventory.
• Maintain operational and reporting standards and timely follow-ups.
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members.
• Tag and manage product labeling and inventory procedures.
• Participate in weekly team meetings and lead reviews.
• Collaborate with Visual Manager and other Assistants on merchandising.
