Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking candidates for a Marshalls store role in Roanoke, VA. You will deliver a high-quality customer experience while maintaining a clean, organized store and supporting various areas as needed.

Responsibilities include operating procedures for purchases/returns, promoting loyalty programs, and upholding safety and loss prevention standards. A flexible schedule and teamwork with peers are essential to success.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging and interacting with all customers.
• Adheres to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards.
• May be cross-trained to work in multiple areas of the store to support business needs.
• Accurately rings customer purchases/returns and counts change back to customer according to procedures.
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs.
• Maintains merchandising standards and prepares merchandise for the sales floor.
• Participates in store recovery and maintains store cleanliness.
• Supports safety awareness and labor policy adherence.
