Job summary

Rock City Gardens is seeking a Retail Partner to deliver a welcoming guest experience, operate POS systems, keep displays neat, and assist with merchandising and inventory across our retail spaces.

You will contribute to a positive team environment, handle transactions accurately, stock shelves, and support opening/closing procedures while adhering to safety and loss-prevention policies. Flexibility for events and shifts is required.

Qualifications

• Friendly, professional demeanor and strong guest service mindset.
• Ability to communicate effectively one-on-one and in small groups.
• Ability to read and follow basic operational procedures.
• Basic math skills, including handling U.S. currency.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent guest service to guests and colleagues; maintain welcoming retail spaces.
• Operate POS systems, process sales/returns, and handle transactions accurately.
• Stock shelves and organize displays to ensure appealing merchandising.
• Assist with receiving shipments and inventory management; participate in counts.
• Support opening and closing procedures and follow safety/loss prevention policies.
