Job summary

Rock City Gardens admissions team is seeking an Admissions Partner to be the first contact for guests at the Ticket Desk and Cornerstone Gift Shop. You will handle ticket sales, annual pass processing, and provide warm, professional service while guiding guests through options and experiences.

Under the direction of the Guest Relations & Admissions Manager, you will support efficient transactions, accurate information capture (zip codes), and maintain a clean, welcoming guest area during busy

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of customer service or related experience.
• Willingness to receive training and learn Rock City Gardens’ systems and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent guest service aligned with mission, culture and values.
• Model professional and courteous guest and partner interactions.
• Hold the Culture of Excellence and represent Rock City Gardens positively.
• Perform opening and closing procedures at Ticket Desk and Cornerstone Gift Shop.
• Answer guest questions about tickets, pricing and experiences.
• Process ticket sales accurately and capture guest information (zip codes).
• Educate guests on Annual Pass program and complete sales.
• Create annual passes and record information correctly.
• Perform cashier responsibilities per cash-handling procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow processes.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
