Job summary

Rock City Enterprises is seeking an Attractions Revenue Inventory Partner to support retail and warehouse operations by receiving shipments, preparing merchandise for distribution, organizing inventory, and assisting with deliveries across Rock City Enterprises locations. Responsibilities

• Receive, unpack, process, and label incoming merchandise accurately and efficiently.
• Process stock lists and intra-store transfers for incoming and outgoing merchandise.
• Organize and bin merchandise in the warehouse to ensure accessibility and efficiency.
• Perform daily replenishment of retail shop inventory as needed.
• Assist with monthly inventory counts and ensure accuracy of inventory records.
• Prepare wholesale and internal orders for pickup, UPS, USPS, or freight shipment.
• Assist with deliveries to retail locations as needed.
• Maintain inventory for retail vending machines when required.
• Answer phones professionally and assist with messages, orders, or inquiries.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization within the warehouse and Birdhouse Department.
• Follow all organizational processes and procedures to ensure consistency and accuracy.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
