Job summary

Dollar Tree is seeking a Customer Service Associate to deliver a great shopping experience for every customer. You will assist customers with questions and recommendations, and manage sales transactions at the cash register.

Maintain store appearance, stocking, unloading merchandise, and ensuring a safe, friendly environment with professional interactions. This part-time role includes duties as assigned at 1 George Ct, Edgewood, New Mexico 87015.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail or related fields preferred.
• Ability to lift 30–50 lbs and perform physical tasks daily.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Stock replenishment and merchandise recovery.
• Unloading trucks and restocking as needed.
• Keep store clean and presentable; maintain bathrooms.
