Job summary

The Lash Lounge Plano is seeking a motivated Front Desk Associate to deliver outstanding guest experiences, drive membership and retail sales, and manage appointment bookings in person or by phone.

You will help maintain a welcoming salon atmosphere, assist with inventory, and support daily operations in a fast-paced environment. Training and growth opportunities are emphasized, with a focus on customer service excellence.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience in customer service or retail sales.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work some weekends and some evenings.
• Experience with MindBody Software is a plus.
