Job summary

ACAC Pennsylvania is seeking a friendly, knowledgeable member services desk associate to serve as the first point of contact for members and guests. You will greet visitors, check in members, and provide information about programs and registration.

This role requires accurate cash handling, efficient POS transactions, and collaboration with team members to deliver outstanding customer service consistent with ACAC's Five-Star principles.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Prior customer service experience highly desired.
• Prior experience handling payments and cash registers.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests in a friendly and courteous manner.
• Check in members and guests accurately and quickly.
• Direct guests to the membership department for pricing, costs and enrollment.
• Manage member enrollment in programs and events.
• Answer incoming calls in a clear and friendly and expedient manner.
• Provide information regarding acac programs and registration.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of programs, classes and club operations, events, policies, etc.
• Process POS transactions accurately and in an efficient manner.
• Know and adhere to opening and closing procedures.
• Collaborate with team members in the spirit of outstanding customer service, teamwork, and communication.
