Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s in Marketing preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing preferred, or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in gaming industry strongly preferred and Indiana gaming regulations familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate programs to attract mid- to high-limit players and foster guest loyalty.
• Interact with promotions, events, and digital teams to execute campaigns and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Support Marketing, Promotions, Events, and Player Development initiatives with data and insights.
• Coordinate with departments to ensure timely set-up of marketing programs and compliant operations.
