Qualifications

• Knowledge of planning, implementing, and supervising event staff.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of assigned events in the facility, including staffing and briefings.
• Lead and coordinate part-time staff for each event across platforms.
• Ensure guest experiences meet Regions Arena standards and policies.
• Manage staff check-ins, call-offs, and post-event meetings.
• Respond to staff and guest inquiries daily in written and verbal form.
• Prepare bi-weekly payroll for event staff.
• Operate as Manager on Duty when needed and ensure safety procedures are followed.
