Job summary

Oak View Group (OVG) is seeking a Security Manager to oversee all security personnel for Regions Arena in Mobile, Alabama. The role ensures a safe environment for guests, tenants, employees, and contractors by implementing security policies and programs.

The position handles 24/7 security operations, staff training, incident response, and coordination with local authorities. Salary ranges from $50,000 to $60,000 annually, with health, retirement, and PTO benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with related experience.
• 3–5 years in Security Management.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience managing teams.
• Driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Hire and train part-time security staff; schedule, assign, supervise event staff.
• Develop and oversee safety plans to mitigate risk during events.
• Manage a 24/7 security team; oversee hires, training, and shifts.
• Coordinate with external security contractors when needed.
• Ensure security, privacy, and asset protection during all events.
• Maintain relationships with law enforcement and safety agencies.
