Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• 3–5 years warehouse, inventory, purchasing, or logistics experience.
• Minimum 2+ years of management or leadership experience.
• Experience with inventory systems, POS, and purchasing software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee warehouse, receiving, inventory, and distribution operations for the venue.
• Manage product ordering, storage, and distribution to ensure adequate inventory levels.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, purchase orders, requisitions, and receiving documentation.
• Verify all incoming shipments for quality, quantity, and accuracy before acceptance.
• Ensure proper labeling, dating, rotation, and storage per food safety standards.
• Lead warehouse staff through hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
