Job summary

Golden Corral is seeking a Hospitality Manager for our Rock Hill franchise. You will foster a warm front-of-house culture, recruit and lead friendly Co-workers, and manage resources to run a profitable operation that delivers an affordable, enjoyable dining experience.

As part of the operations management team, you will oversee food quality, production, safety, and labor in the absence of the General Manager and Kitchen Manager, ensuring guest satisfaction and long-term loyalty.

Qualifications

• Experience in management of a high-volume casual dining or family-style restaurant.
• Education or training in business or hospitality.
• Completion of Golden Corral's management training program.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Create a spirit of hospitality in the Front-of-the-House and lead a warm, positive environment.
• Select and lead Co-workers while managing human and financial resources to achieve profitability.
• Oversee food quality, production, safety, and labor in absence of the General Manager and Kitchen Manager.
