Grand Portage Lodge & Casino is seeking a Guest Services Manager to supervise and coordinate activities and staff in the Guest Services department. You will interact with customers to answer questions, provide information on products and services, and resolve complaints, while ensuring adherence to management policies.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED (or equivalent experience) and may involve background checks for gaming licensing.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; or 1–3 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination.
• Must have customer service skills and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Computer, organizational and communication skills; knowledge of office machinery is an asset.
• Background check required to obtain gaming license.

Responsabilités

• Supervises and coordinates activities and personnel of Guest Services.
• Interacts with customers to provide information and handle inquiries and complaints.
• Executes policies and orders issued by management and the Casino Manager.
