Job summary

Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants is seeking a motivated Housekeeper. You’ll help uphold a clean, inviting guest experience by maintaining rooms and public areas with attention to detail and a friendly, can‑do attitude.

You’ll handle lobby and corridor cleaning, set up meeting spaces, respond to guest requests promptly, and collaborate with colleagues to ensure every guest feels special. A flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays is beneficial.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma preferred.
• 1 year of experience in customer service or similar position.
• Previous housekeeping experience is a plus.
• Passion for customer service and good verbal communication skills, basic writing skills.
• Flexible schedule, able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays when needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of the hotel, all the while providing amazing service to our guests along the way.
• Act as an advocate for the hotel, be a creator of ridiculously personal experiences, and develop relationships with guests that will compel them to return.
