Big Sky Resort is seeking an Outside Services Manager to lead the ticket checking and line management teams across lifts, base areas, and remote locations. You will design, implement, and coach teams to maximize uphill capacity while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in high end guest service.
• Experience coaching a 10+ person guest service team.
• Love of the outdoors.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Proficient in skiing or snowboarding.
• Operate independently to set short- and long-term goals for continuous improvement across the guest experience.
• Organized and efficient.
• High level communication skills.
• Budget management and workforce scheduling experience (UKG or similar systems a plus).
• Valid driver's license.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead ticket checking and line management teams, including hiring, training, coaching, and scheduling.
• Design line management systems to maximize uphill capacity and guest experience.
• Build independent teams across multiple lifts, base areas, and remote locations.
• Coordinate with Mountain Operations to meet guest access needs and communicate changes.
• Maintain guest service standards and manage department budget and staffing.
