Qualifications

• One year of previous experience in Student Housing industry.

Responsibilities

• Lease current and prospective residents to achieve 100% occupancy.
• Provide exceptional guest service and build relationships with residents and guarantors.
• Greet guests, conduct tours, and participate in marketing and leasing events.
• Update records in real time in the property management software.
• Communicate with guests about lease terms and follow up to close sales.
• Maintain clubhouse operations and respond to guest needs.
