Qualifications

• Understand Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of food safety and health department matters.
• Familiarity with office paperwork.
• Ability to speak, read and understand the primary language of the work location.
• High school diploma is required.
• Restaurant experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep the restaurant line clean and organized with properly functioning equipment.
• Assist with crew scheduling, breaks, and shift changes.
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house crew; assist with performance reviews.
• Support office administration tasks such as banking, cash handling, and paperwork.
• Ensure supplies and equipment are kept in stock and in good condition.
