Five Iron Golf Philadelphia LLC is seeking an Assistant General Manager Social/Golf Experience Manager Leadership Talent Network to lead the social/golf experiences and drive revenue across simulator rentals, leagues, and F&B. You will recruit and coach staff, manage guest interactions, and ensure top-tier service in a fast-paced entertainment venue.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hospitality management experience.
• Experience leading teams in a hospitality/venue setting.
• Ability to recruit, hire, and train staff.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue in simulator rentals, food & beverage, and league sales.
• Recruit, hire, and train all staff, oversee onboarding and ongoing education.
• Evaluate employee performance to meet daily business needs.
• Oversee all social-side operations: leagues, experiences, events, facilities, F&B, and staffing.
• Set and uphold high service standards for all staff.
• Monitor labor and operating costs to improve efficiency.
• Maintain knowledge of the location’s P&L and assist local marketing.
• Build product & service knowledge to confidently cross-sell offerings.
• Engage with customers to understand needs and provide personalized recommendations.
• Foster community relationships and encourage repeat business.
• Coordinate sales, execution, and management of leagues and tournaments.
