L’Occitane Orlando International Outlet is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help craft a peaceful, sensory shopping experience. Working with the Store Manager, you’ll contribute to an environmentally conscious environment that mirrors our sustainability commitments and brand values.

You will lead guest experiences, train staff, and adapt leadership styles to foster an inclusive, high-performing team. Knowledge of skincare and clienteling is a plus; basic tech skills are essential for POS

Qualifications

Experience leading teams in retail or hospitality.
Exceptional communication and guest service skills.
Innovative approach to sales in a customer-focused environment.
Commitment to ensuring customer happiness and brand experience.
Familiarity with skincare is beneficial.
Prior clienteling experience is advantageous.
Basic technology proficiency for POS and inventory tools.
