Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead front-of-house and back-of-house teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Drive restaurant performance by achieving sales, labor, food cost, and profitability goals.
• Develop and coach team members; build a positive, high-energy workplace culture.
• Maintain high standards for food quality, cleanliness, service, and execution.
• Support local marketing and community involvement initiatives for the restaurant.
• Ensure payroll, purchasing, deposits, and employment paperwork are completed accurately.
