Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older to work at a corporate-owned McDonald’s restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and communicate with them while ordering.
• Assist guests with using the ordering kiosks.
• Provide extra help to those in need.
• Check with guests after meals to ensure satisfaction and identify needs.
• Help ensure kids receive a kid’s treat.
• Handle guest concerns professionally.
• Communicate feedback and recommendations to the restaurant team.
