McDonald’s is seeking a Guest Experience Leader to join our restaurant team. Work hours span 8am–8pm with a focus on creating positive moments for customers while maintaining a fast-paced, friendly atmosphere.

Ideal candidates bring an outstanding attitude, a willingness to learn, and the ability to thrive in a team setting. No prior experience required; training will be provided to help you grow and succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• Outstanding attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, team environment.
• Must be 16 years of age or older to work as a Guest Experience Leader.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and communicate with them while ordering.
• Assist guests with using ordering kiosks.
• Provide help to those needing extra hands.
• Check with guests after meal to ensure satisfaction and offer further assistance.
• Ensure kids receive a kid treat.
• Address guest concerns.
• Communicate feedback and recommendations to the restaurant team.
