Job summary

McDonald’s operates restaurant locations with independent franchisees who hire and manage staff. The Guest Experience Leader will work part-time, within the hours of 8am and 8pm, providing friendly service and creating feel-good moments for guests.

You’ll greet guests, assist with kiosks, ensure guest satisfaction, and support the team in a fast-paced environment while growing your skills and career opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must have outstanding attitude and willingness to learn and grow.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, team environment.
• Must be 16 years of age or older to work as a Guest Experience Leader.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and communicate with them while ordering.
• Offer help with using the ordering kiosks.
• Assist guests who need extra hands.
• Check with guests after meals to ensure satisfaction or offer further assistance.
• Ensure kids receive a kid treat.
• Handle concerns and feedback for the restaurant team.
