Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older to work as a Guest Experience Leader
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
• Strong customer service and communication skills required

Responsibilities

• Greets guests and communicates with them while ordering
• Assists guests with using ordering kiosks and answers questions
• Ensures guests are satisfied after receiving their order and offers help as needed
• Assists restaurant team and provides feedback to improve service
