Qualifications

• 2+ years of client-centric sales experience
• Receptive to feedback and eager to provide feedback
• High energy, upbeat and enthusiastic with the ability to integrate fun and work
• Self-motivated with a desire to achieve results and excel individually and as a team
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Lead an exceptional guest experience on the floor through assessing guest connection and product education and coaching teammates
• Continue to build the client relationship daily with customers
• Analyze reports to strategize and deliver results; implement action plans to address deficient areas and growth opportunities
• Ensure effective sales floor coverage through workforce planning and selling initiatives
