Job summary

Casa Loma Beach Hotel is seeking a Guest Experience Supervisor to lead the Guest Services team and enhance the boutique luxury guest journey. The role focuses on welcome, luggage assistance, reservation verification, room orientation, and coordinating lobby, poolside, and rooftop service with close collaboration to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Qualifications

• Previous guest service experience in a hotel/resort/service environment.
• Supervisory experience in a luxury hotel environment preferred.
• Luxury hospitality experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome guests and enhance arrival experience with beverages or amenities.
• Verify guest identification and reservation details at arrival.
• Assist with luggage, room orientation, and escort guests to rooms.
• Provide food & beverage service within lobby, poolside, rooftop areas, and guest rooms as needed.
• Process orders and payments using the POS system and ensure accurate charges.
