Job summary

Hardee's Prattville is seeking an Hourly Assistant General Manager to support daily restaurant operations, develop team members, and deliver excellent guest experiences.

You will assist the Senior/General Manager in leading operations, coaching crew, scheduling, and ensuring profitability, quality, and compliance with company policies. Strong leadership and teamwork are essential for success in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in fast-paced hospitality or retail environments.
• Ability to develop and mentor team members.
• Strong grasp of daily restaurant operations and cost controls.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with scheduling and labor management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations to maintain high quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Assist in guest experience, ensuring fast, friendly service and quality food products.
• Lead in absence of GM, ensuring smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
• Recruit, interview, hire, and develop staff in line with company standards.
• Create and manage staff schedules; monitor labor costs and coverage.
• Promote teamwork and maintain a positive workplace culture.
• Lead meetings to discuss procedures, promotions, safety, and training updates.
• Maintain inventory and control food cost variances; support maintenance and safety procedures.
• Handle cash procedures, deposits, and adherence to cash control policies.
