Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to ensure a positive customer experience by overseeing safe, high-quality food preparation and service. The role involves keeping a clean, well-ordered line, training crew members, and supporting shift schedules and administrative duties.

The Service Leader will monitor food safety standards, assist with crew performance reviews, and contribute to developing future leaders while maintaining brand policies and a friendly dining environment.

Qualifications

• Must understand and uphold Chipotle's Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Familiarity with office paperwork and administrative tasks.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand the primary language of the work location.
• Restaurant experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep the line clean and organized with properly functioning equipment.
• Assist with crew breaks, shift changes and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house Crew.
• Support crew performance reviews and develop future Service Leaders.
• Assist with office tasks such as banking, cash handling, and paperwork.
