TKO EMPLOYMENT SERVICES DELAWARE LLC is seeking a Front Office Manager at the SpringHill Suites Newark Downtown in Newark, DE. The role focuses on directing all Front Office operations, managing guest service standards, and optimizing check-in/check-out efficiency.

The candidate will lead a team, oversee budgeting and forecasting, and implement policies that improve product quality and profitability while maintaining a strong guest-centric culture.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in hospitality preferred.
• Two years working in front office management or related hospitality operations.
• Experience with Opera PMS and Simphony POS advantageous.
• Strong guest-service mindset and ability to lead a team.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise all Front Office operations including guest service, check-in/check-out and room inventory.
• Recruit, train, coach and schedule associates to meet brand standards.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and respond to issues to improve service quality.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting and financial controls for the front office.
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures and drive department performance.
