Job summary

The Fresh Market is seeking a Guest Service Specialist in Cornelius, NC to lead front-end operations and deliver an exceptional guest experience. You will educate guests on products, direct cash operations, and maintain high standards of cleanliness and order throughout the store.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in retail, grocery, restaurant, or hospitality operations.
• Strong attention to detail with organizational skills, ability to multitask, and work at a fast pace.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Educate guests on products, services, and complete meal solutions.
• Manage frontend guest flow and support cashiers while ensuring smooth checkouts.
• Execute and uphold cash office procedures, including cash, keys, and safe control.
• Direct the guest service team to maintain sanitation and cleanliness at the front end and restrooms.
• Support execution of digital fulfillment orders with speed and accuracy.
• Engage guests with a friendly, helpful approach at the front-end and throughout the store.
• Assist in managing department inventories and team to minimize product loss.
