Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years guest service experience preferred in hospitality; strong verbal communication.
• Attention to detail, customer-focused, and ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Guest Service: ensure guest satisfaction by meeting service standards and addressing needs promptly.
• Financial Results and Cost Control: manage expenses, schedule labor, and pursue cost-saving measures.
• People Management and Training: evaluate staff, coach, hire, and ensure training records.
• Self/Workload Management: attend meetings, manage front desk initiatives, and handle multiple priorities.
• Safety/Risk Management: inspect operations to maintain standards and follow procedures.
