B. F. Saul Company Hospitality Group is seeking a front desk lead to ensure outstanding guest service and efficient operations at our hotel. You will collaborate with team members to uphold service standards, manage guest concerns, and support revenue-driven initiatives.

Candidates must start by 3pm with varying days off and weekend availability. Requires 1+ year front desk experience in a hotel; pay is $20-$21 per hour, with benefits and growth opportunities within a reputable hospitality group.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years front desk experience in a hotel required.
• Excellent verbal communication skills needed. Attention to detail, customer focused and the ability to perform job duties in a fast paced environment.
• Ability to lift, push and pull up to 75 pounds on an occasional basis.

Responsibilities

• Guest Service: ensure guest satisfaction by meeting service standards and responding to needs promptly.
• Financial Results and Cost Control: manage expenses, labor scheduling, and purchasing to meet budget.
• People Management and Training: supervise staff, provide feedback, and ensure training compliance.
• Self/Workload Management: attend meetings and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Safety/Risk Management: perform routine inspections and maintain safety standards.
