Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Acts as manager on duty for hotel and oversees front desk operations.
• Ensures front desk staff are trained in check-in/check-out procedures, phone etiquette, and hotel amenities.
• Monitors cash handling, vouchers, inventories and receivables to ensure financial controls.
