Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill in Mansfield, TX is seeking a Service Leader to sustain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food and by training the restaurant crew. The role keeps the line clean, organized, and well equipped, with leadership supporting tasks when busy.

You will ensure food safety practices, resolve incidents, coach crew, and participate in office duties like banking and paperwork while developing future leaders and promoting Chipotle’s values.

Qualifications

• Understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Know and apply cash handling policies and procedures.
• Know Food Safety and health department matters.
• Familiarity with office paperwork.
• Speak, write, read, and understand the primary language of the work location.
• Be a high school graduate.
• Have restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Make sure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Help resolve food quality issues.
• Support food safety: hand washing, glove changes, time/temperature checks, shelf lives, Daily Food Safety Checklist.
• Help resolve customer incidents and ensure positive experiences.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross train all front of house Crew.
• Assist with Crew performance reviews.
• Develop future Service Leaders.
• Assist with office administration duties: banking, cash handling, and paperwork.
• Ensure office equipment and supplies are in working order.
• Ensure the proper quantity of supplies are available.
