Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a Service Leader to deliver a positive guest experience by ensuring safe, high-quality food and by keeping the crew trained and customer-focused. You will manage a clean, efficient line and support food safety practices on the floor.

You will help resolve incidents, monitor shifts, train front-of-house staff, and assist with performance reviews while handling some office tasks and supply management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Restaurant experience preferred.
• Knowledge of cash handling and food safety helpful.

Responsibilities

• Ensure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Help resolve food quality issues.
• Support food safety with hand washing, gloves, time/temperature, shelf line checks.
• Resolve customer incidents and maintain positive experiences.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train all front of house crew.
• Assist with crew performance reviews and developing future leaders.
• Assist with office administration duties and ensure supplies and policies are followed.
