Chipotle Mexican Grill is hiring a Service Leader to ensure safe, quality food and a positive guest experience. You will train and support the crew, maintain a clean, well-organized line, and help with shift schedules and daily operations.

Qualifications

• Understand Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Know cash handling policies and procedures.
• Know Food Safety and health department matters.
• Able to read, write and speak the primary language of the location.
• Hold a High School diploma.
• Have restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep the restaurant line clean, organized and equipment functioning.
• Support crew scheduling, breaks, and shift changes.
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house Crew.
• Assist with crew performance reviews and development of future leaders.
• Assist with office administration duties and supply management.
