Chipotle Mexican Grill is hiring a Service Leader to maintain an excellent customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food and a well-trained crew. You’ll supervise a clean, efficient line and support shift coverage while maintaining service standards and safety.

This role emphasizes developing future Service Leaders and improving daily operations. The position requires strong food safety knowledge, cash handling discipline, and restaurant experience.

Qualifications

• Be able to understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Have knowledge and experience of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Have knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Have familiarity with office paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Make sure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Help resolve food quality issues.
• Monitor food safety practices on the line: hand washing, glove changes, time/temperature.
• Assist with crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train front of house Crew and assist with performance reviews.
