Qualifications

• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Understanding of Food Safety regulations.
• Familiarity with office paperwork.
• Ability to read, write, and understand the primary language of the work location.
• High school diploma.
• Restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Make sure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Resolve food quality issues.
• Support food safety including hand washing, glove changes, time and temperature monitoring, and daily Food Safety Checklist adherence.
• Resolve customer incidents and foster positive customer experiences.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, shift meetings, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross train all front of house Crew.
• Assist with Crew performance reviews.
• Develop future Service Leaders.
• Assist with miscellaneous office administration duties such as banking and cash handling policies.
• Ensure office equipment remains in working order and supplies are ordered as necessary.
• Ensure the proper quantity of supplies are available as needed.
